lately | April 9th

Making: A logo for my little soon-to-be business.

Baking: Sadly, nothing. The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind and I haven't had much time to get busy in my kitchen. I'm hoping to change that this next week though!

Drinking: Kombucha. During my trip to California, my brother introduced me to this drink and I think it's safe to say I'm hooked. Not only is it delicious, it has tons of little goodies in it for your tummy and digestive system, and I've been told it's fairly easy to make at home. I'll let you know how my experimenting goes... Haha!

A ridiculous amount of information on tax forms, EINs, and business liscences.

Studying: The first few chapters of Deuteronomy. I am amazed and encouraged as Moses recounts the faithfulness of God to his people, even in their rebellion.

Feeling: Thankful for people in my life that are dear to me and how God uses them encourage me.

Thinking: About how much I love the smell of pine trees as we drive through Oregon.

Enjoying: Burt's Bees chapstick.

Planning: On having a lovely time with my family as we celebrate my beautiful sister-in-law's marriage this weekend.

Listening: To whatever station on the radio that works out in the middle of nowhere... (Currently "Country Boys Can Survive")

Working: On part 2 of "When Marriage Isn't Easy". My plan was to have it up on Wednesday, but sometimes life just happens and you have to rearrange your priorities. Be on the lookout next week for sure!

To make it up to you, here are a few pictures of my trip to California...

What have you been up to lately, friend?
